We had an amazing experience with Nick!! Would definitely recommend him to anyone buying a home. This whole process can be stressful, the inspection shouldn’t be another stressor. He was very vocal and included us in the inspection process. e had a virtual report the next day with pictures and a very detailed explanation of his findings. 5 stars all around!!

The level and attention to detail was superior. He got into very corner, every space and on top of everything. Itemized report helps you see what is or isn’t going on. He took care in explaining everything, answering questions and even showing what he was seeing as the inspection when on. Very professional courteous service. Highly recommend

If you are looking for a great home inspection, very detail, respectful, and on time execution + delivery. You are on the right place, this is the second time that I am using them. and honestly they are true team players. They take the time to go around the house inspect everything and they really find stuff that you don’t even pay attention or probably you think they are on the right way. I want to say thank you to Nick C. for providing a great report including videos and pictures with a link to see them. The report was amazing and having that drone flying on top of the roof that was incredible. Enjoy the rest of the year and keep following the covid19 rules and treating customer great with all your respect.
