Crawford and Associates were very professional when we were buying my mom’s house. Lamar was very thorough and the quick turn around with his report made the entire process very easy!

Lamar was excellent! He provided an efficient and comprehensive inspection of the new home I am purchasing. He identified the concerns we needed to be aware of and talked them through with us as much as we needed, as well as provided suggestions of what to be aware of when fixing the problems. I highly recommend his services.

I called a few inspectors most were over priced and or were not available when I needed them to be. I’m sure Lamar was busy but made an effort to inspect a home for me on my schedule not his. He was there 4 hours inspecting the house before I even got there. Lamar inspected the entire house from top to bottom. He found very important issues that needed to be addressed. Which are actually make or break. We are at the top of our budget and don’t need any issues to fix going into a new home. With a major purchase we don’t need any surprises. Lamar is knowledgeable, polite, and easy to talk to. He really does inspect the home like he was purchasing it himself or family. We walked through the house and Lamar explained the problem thoroughly and easy to understand. I was happy to do business with him and will recommend him to anyone that needs a good honest inspector.
