He discovered an issue with the exterior siding that previous inspectors missed and the issue was resolved by the builder after the builder reviewed the inspection report. Ron followed up with me several times after he delivered the report to check on the siding repair progress. This impressive follow up after the transaction was complete is unheard of in the home inspection industry and much appreciated.
