Ralph was incredibly professional, detail oriented and an absolute pleasure to work with. His experience as a contractor allowed him to provide insights beyond what one would expect from a normal home inspection. Not only did Ralph provide feedback during the job, he also provided a detailed report upon completion and took time out of his Sunday afternoon to answer our questions and provide additional feedback. Ralph was very flexible when I changed my appointment with him three times, and showed up right on time for our inspection. He walked me through the unit, fully explaining what he was observing, and taking time to answer any and all questions that I had.
