We really wanted someone who would walk us through the house and be thorough. He insisted upon both of them, and gave us a great price for it too. He is kind, smart, and very observant with a wealth of knowledge about homes and how to fix them. He even has a drone and VR head rig to scope out rooftops and let you see what he sees! He also gave us one of his publications free so we can better take care of our home. We highly recommend him!

My husband and I are in the process of buying our first home. Garth inspected the house and was fantastic! We loved going through the house and being educated on things to be aware of as new homeowners. He was very informative and offered us some good advice. We were able to ask many questions and he was patient with our lack of knowledge in some areas. We would highly recommend anyone looking for an inspector to call Garth! We were on a time crunch with the buyers time table and Garth was quick to respond and we scheduled the inspection for the next day. He had a report to us before the night was over.

Garth Haslem is a Great structural engineer, he will educate you on what the issues are and what could happen if the issues aren’t resolved. He cares and serves his clients like they are his own family!
