He’s very knowledgeable and thorough with many years working as a home inspector and with a background as a structural engineer. He made sure we understood every aspect of the house we needed to know and gave us a few tips on how we could do some quick fixes by ourselves. He even checked the sprinklers for us, which we’ve come to discover that most inspectors don’t do. He always arrived early to our appointments, and was very nice to us. He’s very honest and has integrity.

Garth is a truly amazing home inspector! Because of major foundation issues that he found in the first 2 homes we had contracted, we ended up doing 3 different home inspections with Garth, and had a very positive experience on each inspection. Garth looked at every home objectively and told us straight up the pros and cons of every property that we saw with him. He was very easy to work with, easy to get scheduled and very responsive.
