Kristine Messick has owned and operated Crow’s Nest Home Inspections, LLC since 2003. Her background in home renovations and remodeling gives her a keen eye into the details of home construction. Kristine has performed over 4,000 home inspections and tens of thousands of hours inspecting homes as well as mentoring/teaching field training to many home inspectors. A fourth generation Puget Sound area native, Kristine applies her extensive knowledge of the region into her inspections. When not inspecting or teaching Home Inspector Training classes, Kristine loves traveling (preferably a sunny locale), getting outdoors with her family – boating, camping, hiking, and kayaking. If the sun doesn’t cooperate, you can find her reading or spending time working on her own house.

Crow’s Nest will always be my first call for pre-inspections and sewer scopes. They were incredibly helpful and kind in fitting us in last minute, and Daniel is very thorough, we are always impressed with his work. I could not recommend them enough!

Fantastic service! Staff are incredibly knowledgeable, skilled, efficient, and friendly. The report was extensive and easy to follow. I couldn’t ask for better service or a better experience. Highly recommend!

Kristine is excellent and very meticulous! We used Kristine’s expertise for the inspection of an older home that we just purchased and I can’t say enough great things about her. She was responsive and very quickly set up our appointment which was important since we only had 2 days for the inspection. She is very knowledgeable and her report was very detailed, organized, and easy to follow. I highly recommend Kristine and Crow’s Nest home inspection if you are going through the home purchase process.
