Chris Cummings was born and raised in Buffalo, New York and has been involved in the building trades for many years. Beginning as a laborer working for a general contractor, he eventually moved to Colorado and obtained a college degree in HVAC and Refrigeration service. He was an HVAC field technican for several years in Colorado before returning home to Western New York. He began teaching vocational classes part-time and obtained his NYS teaching degree. Chris is now working full-time as a teacher, and performs inspections daily after school, on weekends, and full-time throughout the summers.

A home inspector inspected two houses for me. He saved me a lot of money on my first purchase, but I decided to pass on it. The second house I bought was over a year ago, and it has never had any issues.
