Gary was great! Spoke with him on the phone today for a period of time as I needed to get some quick advice on a problem and wasn’t sure who to call. He was very thorough with the clarity he gave and generous with his time. Although I didn’t end up using him for a job specifically, he will be the next guy I will call to get my investment properties looked at!
I highly recommend Mr. Tate for home inspections he is very detailed and is generous with spending time walking through all things he finds in his reports and in person. He treats his inspections as if he were to be buying the property himself and you can’t get any better than that!
Gary was very thorough with his home inspection. He was fair and reasonably priced as well. He is fantastic at what he does and I highly recommend his services!
