Scott was on time, very professional. he was also very thorough in his inspection. he made a suggestion for my heating to save me money in the long run, I called my Electrician and handed the phone off to Scott and he explained to him the Electrical component that could be added to my AC unit that would turn it into an heating unit too. this would allow me to remove the very old baseboard heating units and save me money in the long run. my report was back in a very timely manor and he followed up with me asking if i had any questions or concerns….. I HIGHLY recommend him for any home inspection

We were still living out of state when home inspection was done so the quality of the report mattered a great deal to us. The report we received is nothing less than amazing. Not only does it have 360deg views of each room, but also supporting videos of potential problems (where applicable). His report also makes it very easy to create inspection objections to send to the seller. I was seriously impressed with his inspection report and would not hesitate to use again.

Great experience with Scott. The inspection is always scary and he is so thorough it is a little intimidating, but as a buyer, that is what you need to go to the sellers with. No stone left unturned. Good to include radon/sewer inspection all rolled in one saves you money as well.
