Dan completed a home inspection for us on a property we are purchasing, and we were extremely happy with the service he provided. We are purchasing the home from out of state due to COVID, and he made us feel completely comfortable as our “eyes and ears” since we couldn’t attend the inspection in person. He communicated regularly with us before, during, and after the inspection about all of our options, pricing, etc. and the report he provided was very detailed and included helpful photos, descriptions and recommendations. We felt confident in our purchase with him as our home inspector. A+ service!
