Our home is newly built, and Matt identified a problem that no one else had seen. He was sharp, quick, insightful, helpful, firm, and professional. And Dana was wonderful in responding to our initial questions about the inspection and some complicated features about the house. Cheryl who coordinates everyone was just the nicest person and a pleasure to deal with throughout. The whole team was beyond patient with the constantly shifting appointments times due to the changing closing date. Their fee was fair and affordable and in reach for the regular buyer.
