He missed several key things in the house I bought. His report did not seem very thorough, which I mentioned at the time to the realtor, but she said he was good. Nope. He didn’t even notice the heat didn’t work or holes in the walls and more. Then when I tried to pay him he couldn’t even take cards because “he’s 70 and doesn’t want to try new things” he was also abouut $150 more than the guy my friend used a month ago
Joe does a great job at a fair price.. anyone who tells you that they can catch everything on a 50 plus year old home is a liar. Joe took photos and explained everything to us. We are very satisfied.. thanks joe
We have had Joe do multiple inspections for us… He always gives us the bottom line and a extremely thorough inspection… He is dedicated to the task very knowledgeable and great at what he does and he’s great to work with
