It was easy to set up an appointment, excellent communication, they were on time, professional and have a great, friendly staff. The inspection was thorough and Dan explained things as he went through the house. The drone for the roof is awesome. A very detailed report with photos was in my inbox 24 hrs later. I highly recommend them!

Dan and his wife Liset are professional, organized and friendly, making the home buying process go from feeling daunting to seamless. Dan is very thorough with the inspection. He debriefs with you on his findings, and then you’re given an organized virtual report with details, pictures, and recommendations. Dan is also very connected with qualified, local professionals in the area who are able to do assessments and address issues identified in the inspection. I am so grateful for all his help, patience and time in recommending specialists who will be able to adequately fix the issues identified in the house! It’s been a great experience and now I have much more confidence purchasing a historic house.

We were very happy with their service. Great communication the whole way through. It was at the beginning of the pandemic, so we couldn’t attend the inspection in person, which was a bummer, but Dan FaceTimed with us while he was at the house to go over what he found. They also had recommendations for companies for other inspections, such as the septic. We would definitely recommend DASET to anyone we know.
