Don’t let the lack of reviews turn you away this guy is top notch a real professional with diverse qualifications in all the building trades a tell it like it is guy with much attention to detail and follow up questions and service amazing wouldnt hesitate to refer to family and friends I seldom give out 5 stars but yes !
I have been investing in real estate for many years, David is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I’ve never seen an Inspector with tools like this, or take the time to check everything. We got to see pictures of the whole attic, I never expected such a detailed report. He explained with a summarized review, pictures and notes where everything in and outside of the home was. I only expected to see the things that needed attention. His attention to detail, and experience as a builder will help people know what to expect and how to plan accordingly.
