David performed a thorough home inspection of our home. He exceeded my expectations with the results and prioritized necessary fixes vs. preferential fixes down the road. I would recommend him to anyone, especially first-time home buyers.

Mr. Davis did a home inspection for me, and it has cost me alot of money, to fix all the things he did not find including, but not limited to, broken pipes , my entire central air/heat unit a messed up garbage disposal, a broken over head microwave and a faulty sink. I would not recommend him to anyone. I have contacted him with a couple of these issues and got no where. The “coverage” I received, of course didn’t cover them. Please do not use this guy. I do not even give 1 star but have to , to be able to post.
