Darin was awesome! He was very quick to respond every time we communicated. He did an excellent job! We bought a new construction, and he still found many items that needed correction prior to closing. We are so thankful that we did a home inspection, and even more so that we used DHS. Highly recommend!

We had Darin do a home inspection on a house we were about to purchase. As first-time homebuyers we didn’t know what to expect. Darin arrived on time, and was very professional and patient with me and all my questions. I was present during the entire inspection and he would let me know whenever he saw something that he thought I should be made aware of. In addition, his final inspection report was delivered that same day and was very detailed and organized. I didn’t know what to expect, but my husband and I were very please and thankful for his transparency.

I was buying a home and Darin Davis provided the home inspection. He took all the guesswork out of the process for me by patiently explaining everything. He was thorough, detailed, very knowledgeable and did not cut corners. Darin took his time and made sure I understood each finding as we walked through. He is also kind, which is rare these days and anyone would be fortunate indeed to have him as their home inspector.
