Ohio Department of Health (ODH) regulates and licenses professional radon testers and radon remediators (mitigators). ODH has set standard radon testing protocols, which must be met for a professional radon test to be validated by the radon professional. These protocols ensure that professional radon tests are performed to set standards and help provide quality control for professional radon testing. To prevent a potential conflict of interest that is finding high radon levels in a home and then offering to mitigate, we perform radon testing only. We do not perform radon mitigation services. Also, keep in mind that radon testing, radon remediation/mitigation, and the inspection of radon remediation/mitigation are all outside the scope of a home inspection. Since we perform only testing so our results are most accurate and unbiased.

Customer Service was outstanding. Very informative about Radon testing process. Testing equipment monitored the reading at 1 hour interval for 48 hours. Provided the reading at the time when they came to collect their equipment and sent a pdf report as well through email later. Reasonable price. Would highly recommend!
