The home inspector was excellent – thorough and took 4 to 5 hrs to complete the inspection. The inspector went up on the roof and into the attic to take pictures. He went through all the problems and suggested possible solutions. I received his report via email the following day. The termite inspection took place separately and two days later. The report was delivered several days later. We were overall very satisfied with this company.
