I do one inspection per day. That means I generally have the report to you the same day the inspection is performed. Your time is important, and time is important in a real estate transaction. I’m not in a rush to complete your inspection and get to the next one. I take time to go over findings with you, and make sure that all of your questions about the house are answered.

I always prefer to have my client attend the inspection, if possible. This gives us an opportunity to go through the home together and I can show you not only any issues I may find, but also explain features of the home or give tips about caring for and maintaining the home. My report will include digital photographs and VIDEO of any items, a benefit of clarity if you cannot attend the inspection.

Terry is extremely professional and his inspection was very thorough. I was very impressed with how detailed the inspection report was and it was delivered very quickly. I would highly recommend Denoyer Inspection Service.

We are relocating to the TC area from downstate and I wanted to be sure we hired a quality inspector for our new home. Terry’s website is what drew me in first. It is very well done, easy to navigate and explains his work in great detail. After taking to him on the phone, I knew he was the one I wanted to hire. We met him at the house (he arrived before us) and he was so friendly and explained everything as he was inspecting the house. He also stayed to chat about the TC area and what it has to offer. I would highly recommend him! Also, worth mentioning, I am a Realtor and have worked with MANY inspectors and he has surpassed them all.

Excellent job by Terry at Denoyer Inspection. We are purchasing a home from 1300 miles away and Terry’s responsiveness, professionalism, thoroughness, and knowledge was first rate and second to none. I found the cost to be competitive and it was worth every penny to find out from a very complete report what we are faced with, which ultimately gives us piece of mind.
