I have purchased a few homes over the years and this company by far was the most thorough and professional yet. I had an unexpected very quick turn-around inspection needed and they were able to fit me in and they even showed up earlier than expected. I could not be on location or there for the post-inspection meeting, however my absolute fantastic realtor was able to be there and they were able to facetime as we had our meeting. Matt was amazing in how he explained all the inspection items in plain terms, found some odd abnormalities on the property and the reports were great..!! Just a real great experience for me. I recommend Desert State Home Inspections based on my experience with them..!! If I ever need to purchase and/or sell again (hope not) they will be the first ones I call..!! Thank you Matt and Desert State Home Inspections..!!
