I have spent over 30 years of my life working in Management Positions. My world changed a few years back when my Mother suddenly died and my sister was diagnosed with terminal breast cancer. I was fortunate to have spent the final months of my sister’s life with her and it made me realize; life is too short. These guys showed up on time, and came ready to work.
I had some settlement issue and my windows looked like they were pulling away from the brick. I was concerned that it was structural issue and had Dan give me a full inspection. Very professional and well rounded about construction and took time to explain all possible future issues and current possible fixes for my windows. Got report within 24 hours and highly recommend his services.
He provided a comprehensive report of the house’s condition and made recommendations on how to address each item that posed any sort of concern, big or small. We proceeded based on his input and haven’t had any surprise repairs to deal with. He was a pleasure to work with: professional, punctual, friendly, and reasonably priced.
