He helped catching a not oblivious leaking issue in our wall when the inspection was done in the rain season. I would give 5 star if last night our garbage disposal didn’t splash and make a mess. Today the plumber came and was surprised that the home inspector didn’t catch this oblivious sewer line issue under the kitchen sink – the sewer line didn’t have a cap!!
