He helped catching a not oblivious leaking issue in our wall when the inspection was done in the rain season. I would give 5 star if last night our garbage disposal didn’t splash and make a mess. Today the plumber came and was surprised that the home inspector didn’t catch this oblivious sewer line issue under the kitchen sink – the sewer line didn’t have a cap!! We were very pleased with the inspection Brian did on our new construction home. He was very thorough, professional and easy to work with. His report included clear pictures and was very detailed. We had it early the next morning which gave us time to work with our builder in getting the listed items corrected.
