Dobbins Home Inspection

I scheduled him and needed to reschedule a few times as we were having issues with home offer/contract. He was understanding and assisted in the process. He was thorough and his system was very user friendly. He was also very good at explaining every piece of the inspection. I will be using him for my final home inspection and perhaps even going forward when we are about to sell.

We have opted for Dobbins Home Inspection based on the stellar and immaculate 5 stars reviews we saw online about their services. A perfect 5 appeared to be almost incredible from so many reviews. Yet after our experience with Mr. Andrew Dobbins we must adhere with all the other reviewers and add our own 5 stars. Andrew is all you wish for in an inspector. Perfectly on time, he was thorough, detailed, efficient, technically astute, super nice, clear, armed with the latest technology (including a camera equipped drone to visually inspect your roof!) and issued a simple to understand, complete, and richly illustrated report. Most of the times a good inspector will deliver bad news, details about your future home that need attention and money to be spent. But what a difference it makes to become aware of those many times hidden issues that if unattended might become catastrophic, jeopardize a major investment, and even put the homeowners and their families in harm’s way. None of these will happen when you entrust Andrew with the inspection of your home. And when he delivers those bad news he adds a little humor to help you swallow and digest them somewhat easier.

He is very knowledgeable and thorough. Andrew explains things very clearly and simply. We really appreciated this because we had many questions and we felt that he provided us with the honest and informed answers we needed. I would recommend him to perform an inspection for anyone looking to buy a home.
