I am a NAWT certified Septic System inspector. The National Association of Wastewater Technicians (NAWT) is a nationally recognized organization that provides training to inspect On-Site Sewer Systems (OSS), while adhering to the following code of ethics:

We advocate the use of the best approved methods of collection, transportation, beneficial reuse, and treatment of septage and sanitary waste in compliance with all Federal, State, and Local regulations.
We advocate the use of the best cost effective approved technologies available to construct, rehabilitate, and maintain on-site sewage disposal systems, that are environmentally sound.

Adrian from Double C came to do a home inspection on a home were are in contract to purchase. He was very thorough in his findings. He was able to get the report to me the same day he performed the inspection and made himself available for follow up questions after his report was sent. They process is also digital which allows easy access to your reports online and a simple process for payment. As a small business owner, I wouldn’t even look elsewhere.

Adrian was amazing. He took his time inspecting the house and was honest about everything he found in the house we are purchasing. I will be using them in the future and recommending them to everyone I know.
