I wish there was an option to give 6+ stars, because Chuck Miller would deserve each and every one of them. We’ve used him twice so far, and we have been very pleased with Chuck’s services both times. He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough – clearly someone who has extensive experience. He will take the time to explain any issues he sees and how one might address them as you walk through the house. His timely, professional reports include pictures of everything, issues that he found, and recommended courses of action. Beyond that, he’s flexible with times, very reasonably priced, and isn’t just out to get your money. He truly wants to make sure that you know what you’re getting into – definitely someone you want in your court when you are looking to buy a house.

When I was in need of a home inspection last minute, Chuck was nice enough to rearrange his schedule to fit one in, giving my husband and I plenty of time to review the report before taking repair requests to the seller. We joined Chuck during the inspection to get a better look at the old house. He was kind enough to take all of our questions and explained everything along the way. I’m sure that slowed things down a bit but it seemed to be as much fun for him as it was for us. He was incredibly thorough and didn’t mind when we offered to help. If you need a home inspection, he should be your first call!
