Dale goes the extra mile. He found things I would have never seen, explored areas I would have overlooked, and brought everything to my attention as he discovered and investigated. Everything he notes and takes pictures of was delivered in a very easy to read report the same day. He uncovered some things which would have been a nightmare for us if we went with a less thorough home inspector. I enjoyed learning about all the systems and how to care for the home as he walked around discussing the property with us and what we would need to take care of as potential owners.
Dale arrived early, organized and methodical inspection. Great work.
Knew we were first time homebuyers and took the time to explain some home maintenance things he never had to take the time to do.
