He requested 3 hours for the inspection, the last hour of which we met him at the home and he walked us through the entire house. As a first-time homebuyer, I was initially intimidated by by the thought of a huge list of repairs that would need to be done, but during the inspection review Jim gave patient and honest answers to every question I had, going over any areas of concern. By the next day I had our comprehensive inspection report in my inbox with even more explanation and details.
