A 2,000 square foot residence will take from 2.5 to 3.5 hours to inspect. We recommend our customers accompany the inspector during the last hour of the inspection. The inspector can offer maintenance tips. We will also show you the location of the main water shutoff and main electrical service shutoff, etc?
Dry Heat Home Inspection uses Inspect Vue computer software with digital photographs of issues found during our inspection. Reports are e-mailed the evening of the inspection or by the following morning to the buyers and buyers Real Estate Agent.
