The quick response for an appointment, professional attitude and courtesy were so much help. Did a thorough job, and gave me an home inspection report the same day. Was helpful going over the information. Highly recommended!

He did a very thorough inspection and provided expert insight and recommendations. The inspection report was provided the very next day and included a picture and/or write-up for every issue. Creating the repair list was also incredibly easy. Highly recommended!

PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I had schedule an appointment for 1pm when i got there the inspector was not there and i had called before the inspection that I was going to attend the inspection. The inspector Doug had went his way and did the inspection 3 hours early which I was not there to see what he inspected. I tried to get my refund back but the owner Matthew said he can only give me $50 back I PAID $440. He then schedule the inspector to go back to the property which he came 3 hours later (5:30). I had to wait for 3-4 hours.I usually dont do reviews but I would NOT want someone to go through this too.
