Brad worked with my limited timeframe and scheduled my inspection as soon as he possible could. He was extremely knowledgeable and took his time inspecting the home I will be purchasing. I received the Inspection Report right away and was impressed by how detailed and easy to follow it was. I was able to negotiate repairs with the owners based on the report and they were able to communicate these repair needs to vendors (Plumbing and HVAC) based on report as well. Would use Brad for any future inspection needs.
I am a first time home buyer and my soon to be brother-in-law is helping with my mortgage. He is the senior managing partner with his mortgage company. Once I received the inspection back I forwarded it straight to him.
