I had them inspect a home for me to purchase in July of 2019. They were super friendly and really seemed to know their stuff. However they missed a pretty big thing and now I am paying $500 to fix it. I had a city inspector come out to inspect the new HVAC system I had installed. He saw the water heater and said it was not up to code and everything on it is done incorrectly. He also showed me how it didn’t have the green city inspection sticker. He told me that any home inspector would have seen the lack of sticker and the out of code gas hook up. Additionally it did not have a drain hooked up the way it should. It also doesn’t have the straps required.

As a seller, every item they pointed out said repair or replace as needed which leaves things very open ended for both buyer’s and sellers’. The majority of inspectors go a little more in depth on each item and help guide the buyer. That as well as some common sense items should have been thought of or evaluated before they wrote it. They did inspect and find things, but not much more than general. I do not recommend.
