Terry Duszynski, president of Duszynski and Associates is a founding member and former President of the Alaska Craftsman Home Program, Past President of the Alaska State Homebuilding Association. He has served as a Public Member on the Alaska Real Estate Commission, Vice Chair of the Alaska Housing Finance Board of Directors and Chairman of the Alaska Board of Electrical Examiners.

They quickly tracked down a copy of the energy rating done on my house from 1993 that was misplaced or for some reason not recorded by the title company when the house was sold to the original buyer.
We were recommended to Terry, and we had him do the energy rating for two cabins we are buying. He was on time, had a lot of good suggestions, and knows what he is talking about. I would recommend him!
