The inspection was thorough and the report was delivered promptly. Now I have the options of requiring the sellers to make important repairs; accepting the responsibility myself but knowing what might cost major $$$; or cancelling the contract. Frank has saved me a lot of money and unpleasant surprises.
I received full report that night via email. Complete, thorough and personable, Frank pointed out things he had seen in similar home in the area to watch for and did a great job. Inspected the entire house from the roof to the crawlspace.
Purchased a house in Millsboro Delaware two weeks ago , did some researching online for a building inspector and decided to use Frank from Eagle ? He arrived on time sent me a 36 page report am later that evening he called me to go over the report if I had any questions and told me I could call him anytime if anything came up.
