The company is owned and operated by Charles Halbert. Mr. Halbert is a licensed home inspector in the State of Connecticut (License #HOI.254). Mr. Halbert is an American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) Certified Home Inspector, and a member of the Connecticut Association of Home Inspectors (CAHI). ASHI is the oldest and most respected home inspector organization in the United States, and requires a minimum of 20 hours continuing education per year, double the amount required for home inspectors by the State of Connecticut.

We are first time home buyers and are buying during the COVID-19 crisis…. because of everything going on we ended up purchasing a home virtually. Naturally we were very nervous about making sure that there were no major issues with the house since we were not there in person. He was also kind and understanding of our situation. By the end we were extremely confident in our understanding of what the house needed and did not need. He noticed the smallest of details and what very very thorough! You could tell that he has been doing this for a long time. Thank you Charlie!!!!
Charles is a true professional. He arrived ahead of schedule, exhibited great attention to detail, and provided clear and complete responses to any questions I had during both inspection and review of report. A+ experience, and highly recommended.
Charlie was on time and got the job done. His inspection reports are easy to understand but very detailed.
