Educated Home Inspections

We used The Educated Home Inspections Group Property Inspection to inspect our new home. David Beaudoin was our inspector, and he was AMAZING! He was punctual and very professional. He spent the time explaining and discussing any findings made during the inspection. He was thorough, and his report was well-organized. They are highly recommended.

He was thorough and spent quite a bit of time with us on the phone after the inspection as we couldn’t be there. We would hire him again.

He was a great inspector. He answered all our questions and explained everything. We purchased the Elite package. We were only disappointed that the swabs he took from the mould would cost extra to send to the laboratory. He did find a small leak, which you couldn’t see with the naked eye because of a recent paint job. I would use them again.

When it comes to home inspections Fred is the best he is extremely thorough and has a vast knowledge about homes . I would highly recommend him.
