Keep in mind that a home inspection is a general survey and basic operation of these systems and excludes systems or components which are not easily accessible. In other words, we’re not tearing down your walls to see what’s behind them, your toddlers (or over zealous friends) will do that for you.

Fantastic service and professionalism. Alex was punctual and very friendly. As we moved along the house he explained all the necessities and repairs that are required and/or would better the house. I would definitely recommend Alex to anyone looking for home inspectors. He is very knowledgeable about his work and it shows as he goes through the inspection process. Great work!
Alexander was professional and educated me as he went through the inspection. There was a power outage and did what he could without power and waited until the power came back to complete the job. He was awesome.
He thoroughly looked into every corner of a house, made useful comments and even gave some recommendations on how he would approach fixing stuff. He seemed knowledgeable. The report was great, with clear explanations on what he recommends to repair/replace in the house and with good pictures. All communication was done in professional manner, and he was available to answer my questions after-hours and even on weekend. Overall very positive experience.
