Englewood Home Inspections

Rob performed my initial home inspection (for a Purchase transaction) and my follow-up after a major repair was made. I could not be happier with his service, knowledge and professionalism.

please, please, please, if you are going to be buying a home in this area, then you must call englewood home inspections and ask for inspector rob!!! i only wish that he would have been the one to inspect my home when i was buying it! because it would have saved us from sleepless nights, so much stress that i ended up in the er with heart issues, anguish over trying to get people to take accountability, and then there is the issue of all the money…thousands…..so now 5 months later i want to sell this home and that’s when i met inspector rob. we thought that all was fixed up and perfect even though we had to have some companies back numerous times to do it right….but only to find out that inspector rob found something that we find unfathomable….a problem with the gif which should have been found before a c.o. was given. this home was built in 2007 and has had several owners, and no one found this issue but inspector rob. now there’s more…a nail that went through the roof on the outside of the garage caused a leak that we’re told has been there for maybe one or two years…..thank god for inspector rob, and his ethics, professionalism, his willingness to do a thorough job. inspector rob takes his job seriously and puts himself in the shoes of other people. a home inspection is a critical role in the real estate transaction. ethics and integrity, and strong moral character along with honesty is what defines inspector rob. i would submit that inspector rob should be a trainer as this industry is lacking. i’ve shared my dilemma with many that have also shared their horror stories….my question is ….where have all the ethics gone? oh, by the way it’s not just home inspectors, what about pest control inspectors, and realtors.? god bless inspector rob with bountiful and boundless blessings of good health and safety today and forever!

Rob is an exceptional inspector. He did a great job for us with our home purchase. He’s very through and patient — he answered all our questions to help us understand what he found, and the implications. Nice guy too!
