Very thorough…explained his findings in a clear consice manner. Answered questions. Very knowledgeable. Made good suggestions and explained things ..very professional.
Missed huge issues with the house. Tried to go through his warranties to fix at least some that was wrong and they were absolute garbage.
Miss rotting roof boards and lifting rafters
