We had a home inspection in June 2019 from Mark and let’s just say a year later we are dealing with so many issues on the house including water intrusion and many previous items not to code. DON’T waste your money as he failed to provide details on our negative slopping patio and siding that touched concrete. Please use building consultants that might cost more but will save you from buying a lemon like we did.
Was referred for sewer scope, which was also thorough and well explained. Would definitely recommend and use again.
One question we had was how do we make our gas fireplace more effective. He suggested having a fan installed. We would recommend him to anyone in need of a home inspection.
