Fact Finder Inspections

Me and my wife use them for our first home purchase. They saved us from making a huge mistake. Its such a long story but we are thankful we used their service. We would use them again without a doubt. Jessie (I believe was his name) was very professional and knowledgeable. He spent alot of time explaining things about the home we wouldn’t have known otherwise.

Ray goes the extra mile to make sure all of your questions are addressed and you are aware of anything and everything that is needed. He is thorough, punctual, friendly, and explains everything as you go along. If you are looking for a quality inspector, you’re in good hands. Highly recommend.

I went with Fact Finder at the advice of our agent for a purchase. I was told to call and ask for Ray. I called Fact Finder, asked for Ray, to which I received “this is Ray”, requested an appointment, and was told I was scheduled for an inspection a few days later with Ray. At the scheduled time, Jesse showed up. Turns out, I had spoken to Jesse. I never spoke with Ray, even though I asked “Is this Ray?” when I called originally. As an out of town buyer, I had no way of knowing this.
