We inspect and report on the following according to ASHI Standards including the home’s electrical system, plumbing system, heating and cooling, structure, roof system, exterior, interior, attic, insulation, ventilation, kitchen/installed appliances, and grading and drainage near the home.
The following are excluded from the inspection: swimming pools, irrigation systems, central vacuums, security systems, media, cable TV and telephone systems, fire sprinkler systems, private well and septic systems, wood destroying insects/pests, and toxic and environmental hazards. We suggest consulting an expert in these areas if needed.
We encourage our clients to accompany us throughout the inspection process. We provide detailed on-site and timely follow-on reports.

The house occupants were without heat for an evening waiting for Pepco to troubleshoot the problem. How hard is it to leave things like they’re found? Inquiring about this got the front office staff to hang up on me. True professionals.

Our inspector was W.Scott Chappell, who did a great job and found all sorts of minor issues and some major. He was very thorough (~3.5 hr inspection) and knowledgeable (many, many years of experience). He also gave recommendations on safety and maintenance of the home. Since I’m a first-time home buyer, all of this made me feel less worried about my purchase. Got the report back the next day. They were cheaper than the other quotes I got too. I highly recommend this company and will use them again if needed. I love Faro systems long time!
