Very detailed. Not only a great inspection but a great person. Walked us around and explained everything to us. Every question was immediately answered. Had the full report written in detail and gave videos on cleaning and maintaining each system. Went above and beyond what any inspector needed to do
Paul was amazing! My boyfriend and I are first time home buyers and he was very understanding of any questions we had and offered great advice for fixing any problems he found. We are buying a 1700sqft home and he spent 3 hours really going through it and briefing us at the end. His report includes several DIY videos for us! Paul was very professional and knowledgeable, he really took his time and made sure he Checked everything on my home inspection, at the end he broke everything down with great detail on what he did, the final report was very detailed with pictures , paul seems to take alot of pride in what he does and i highly recommend him.
