We had Frank come out and perform a home inspection for the purchase of our new house in July of 2019. Since I am a plumber and I’m in and out of homes on a daily basis, I thought I knew what to look for. FG Home Inspections not only found multiple issues that I wouldn’t have noticed, they provided a professional, detailed description of the problems along with pics for us to use during settlement. We picked a few items to have the sellers fix and had a punchlist for the remaining things for me to address once we moved in. Highly recommended!!! Thanks again FG Home Inspections

My wife and I had Frank do an inspection on our home several months before we put it on the market. Frank’s inspection was very detailed and thorough and helped us set our priorities in preparing out home for sale. This was very helpful with an older home. We addressed the issues that Frank found and as a result there were no issues that came up with our buyer’s inspection.
