Peter came recommended from a friend of mine. She had used him as an inspector when she was looking into buying a house. She ultimately didn’t buy the property, but found Peters work very thorough. Using Field Home Inspections website was easy to set up our inspection. Peter quickly confirmed via e-mail for the time. On our arrival to the home we were happy to see Peter had arrived earlier than us and had already started setting up for the inspection. Throughout the whole inspection Peter was both professional but also human, he is a guy you can chat with as well. He explained any issues he had found and also highlighted good parts of the home. We received our inspection report in a timely manner and Peter has been in communication with us regarding any questions we have had. We are set to close on our home in June and having Peter as our inspector was a great choice we made.

Peter was efficient, professional, and provided insightful guidance that helped us assess the value of the new (very old) house we were purchasing. He was able to identify and categorize items based on level of severity, which was extremely helpful to us as we considered how to proceed with our purchase. The manner in which Peter’s report was constructed was far more helpful than ones I have received in the past, and he sent it the same day as our inspection! I also really appreciated his timeliness and consistent communications. I would highly recommend Peter’s inspection services.
