Being a first time home buyer, it was essential to find a quality home inspector that I could trust to be thorough, detailed and just pleasant overall. This week, Thomas exceeded my expectations! In addition to being a licensed inspector with affordable rates, he completed a full home inspection, video plumbing and sent the full inspection report and images to me within 24 hours! I coordinated this inspection out of state and Thomas was very helpful and made me feel as if I were actually there. He was very thorough in the report/inspection taking 80+ pictures of the property of things I did not notice when I viewed the property in person. I highly recommend his business as he made the process convenient and gained my trust because of how knowledgeable he was and professional. He was also punctual, the report was available the very next day less than 24 hours. This was also a plus for me since I’ve used up most of my inspection period. Thank you Thomas! Thomas performed an extremely thorough inspection of a new construction home that I’m purchasing. He went through the results of the inspection verbally immediately afterwards. His written report that I received the next day fully documented the issues with photos, etc. I must say that I would have been stuck with several significant construction issues had I not hired him. He was also helpful afterward as a counsel to discuss the proposed remedies by the builder. In summary…top notch!
