Final Analysis Property Inspections LLC

We recently had a home inspected by Dan and his team from Final Analysis. They worked for several hours on the inspection stopping along the way and pointing out areas of concern and giving thorough explanations of ways to mitigate issues with the home. At the end of the inspection, Dan and his team debriefed the inspection and within an hour of leaving the site we had a very detailed report. The inspection report was amazing and it gave my wife and I a realistic outlook on what we need to do if we acquire the new home. Dan even called the next day to see if I had any questions and to give me some more feedback about the inspection after he had some time to review the report again.

Had the best experience with Final Analysis, even the owner stopped by to say hello and assist. The inspectors were very friendly and were willing to teach and show me all the SOPs they follow and perform. The report was extremely detailed and listed every potential problem, from clogged drains and malfunctioning electrical sockets to settling flooring and sloped grading in the yard.

I’m definitely impressed! I picked Final Analysis based on their reviews and they did not disappoint! Anthony showed up early to the house and had already inspected the roof and was checking the exterior before the agent or I arrived. He was polite and explained what he’d be looking for. He checked everything thoroughly and explained and pointed out everything when he was finished. I had a comprehensive report the same day with photos and video and he followed up afterward to see if I had questions.
