I had a lot of questions and accommodations I need prior to the inspection. Given the Covid situation and it being near a holiday, Finn Home Inspection really went out of their way to help me out when other area inspectors wouldn’t even return my call for days, if at all. During the inspection, Drew was very knowledgeable and informative to all aspects big and small. Further, he insisted I contact them in the future with any issues I might have as a new homeowner. Very professional and I have no regrets going with Finn Home Inspection. Highly recommended, especially to other veterans as much of what the VA needs is standard;

Drew Finn did a very thorough inspection for a home we offered to purchase in Pittsfield MA. Office manager Lesa even called to say they had an unexpected opening on 7/25/20 several days earlier than the originally planned date, which we happily accepted. The comprehensive report, which included many photos, was received later on the same day as the inspection. It was thorough, educational, and easy to navigate. I especially liked the tabs that allowed me to go immediately to a specific section of the report without having to scroll through the 20 pages to find something. I also appreciated that the original contract for services was included at the end of the report.
