Nick inspected our future home today, and was there before us and in a clean uniform ready to start the inspection. He informed us the procedure for the day, and encouraged us to ask questions the entire time. He had very up to date and modern equipment that he knew exactly how to use, including a drone which he used to take HD outside photos of the home and was able to show us those instantly. He has an in depth understanding of building construction, and checked literally every single surface of the home, used a voltmeter on every single outlet, checked every faucet etc and kept us informed of what he was doing the whole time. He was able to give us professional and personal insight and was very personable even while doing an in depth inspection. On a hot summer day he spent a long time in a hot attic and a hot crawl space inspecting every square inch to make sure we were getting the best inspection possible, and let us know that he truly believed in doing a thorough job, something I really respect.
