Excellent service! First off, Lee was early to our appointment. January 13, 2021 12:54 pm

He was very informative and explained his findings with me as he found them and offered his suggestions on how to repair minor repairs myself or if i should have professionals look at them. He was not at all bothered with me following him around as he inspected the property, as i was there to learn about the house I was wanting to purchase. High tech thermal and temperature equipment was used to allow him to inspect behind walls and ceilings. During this inspection, he found an electrical issue that could have costed me a lot of money and could have been fatal if not taken care of. Again Excellent service. Money well spent. Lee is a military veteran and current firefighter so its always money well spent when it goes to support people who give their service to our country and community.

Lee has been an incredible person to work with! He is extremely thorough and explains everything to you, making sure you understand everything you can about the home you are buying. He saved us from buying a home that had hidden issues and gives you a very detailed report within only a few hours. We highly highly recommend working with this company for all your inspection needs! Lee did a phenomenal job! He was extremely thorough and talked us through everything he saw. This is our first time buying and we are out of state so we did a ton of research to try and find an inspector we could count on. He was honest, always available for questions, and thorough. His report was awesome as well. I loved how easy it was to view online through the program he uses. It quickly points out the areas of improvement along with critical items and pictures that show exactly what he’s referencing. I cannot recommend a better inspector and I’m so thankful Lee was our guy. 100% go with him!
